OCAA 2026 Soccer Schedules Released
The Ontario Colleges Athletics Association (OCAA) officially announced the schedules for the men's and women's varsity soccer seasons.
(London, ON) – The Ontario Colleges Athletics Association (OCAA) officially announced the schedules for the men's and women's varsity soccer seasons.
Fanshawe College will open the season at home on September 12 with matches against Sheridan. The women's match will kick off at 12:00 p.m., followed by the men's match at 2:15 p.m.
For the Falcons men's team, it was an uncharacterstically down season in 2025 as they ended with a 1-7-2 record after finishing the prior three seasons with at least six wins. A bounce back will be in order the Falcons as they look to return to form in 2026 and make a deep playoff run.
The Falcons women's team finished their 2025 season with a 3-5-2 record before falling in their playoff crossover match against Algonquin. Fanshawe's roster will feature a handful of familiar faces, including the attacking duo of Lily Ryder (St. Thomas, ON) and Miriam Wambulwa (Niagara Falls, ON) both of whom earned OCAA All-Star honours last season.
