In 2022, she assisted the Women’s team to an OCAA gold and the Men to a silver at both Provincial and National levels.

In her two seasons as Head Coach of the Cross Country team (2023–25), Ryter has already built an impressive résumé, highlighted by being named both the OCAA and CCAA Cross Country Coach of the Year in 2024–25. She was also honoured as the inaugural "Fanshawe Coach of the Year" following the tremendous success of the Cross Country program during the 2024–25 season. Under Ryter’s leadership, both the Falcons Men’s and Women’s teams have thrived, earning a combined seven OCAA medals (two gold, three silver, and two bronze), along with a Men’s individual CCAA silver medal.
